UX Researcher - Once For All
2022–Present | Belfast, UK
As the solo UX Researcher at Once For All, I’ve built the company’s research foundation from scratch. I collaborate with designers and product owners to enhance a SaaS supply chain platform, delivering insights that directly shape product quality and roadmaps. My role spans research, strategy, user engagement, and quality assurance.
Case Study: Establishing UX Research Processes
Led mixed-method discovery projects using NPS analysis, usage metrics, stakeholder interviews, and chat log reviews to understand user needs. Conducted usability testing on Figma prototypes and live apps with buyers and suppliers, identifying pain points and opportunities. Created succinct, actionable reports with maps and presentations that influenced feature prioritization and roadmap decisions.
Sourced tools like Dovetail for transcription and analysis, Maze for unmoderated usability and tree testing, and built a customer research repository to manage insights. Mapped out research methods, documented processes, and secured stakeholder buy-in, integrating UX into product delivery. Managed 40+ Chameleon instances for feature adoption, styling them with HTML/CSS to match branding.
Senior UX Designer - Sport Buff
2020–2022
I drive feature development through fan research and data-driven design, working with tech leads and product owners. My work includes discovery campaigns (surveys, usability testing, focus groups) and delivering end-to-end experiences from sketches to prototypes. I also established a Beta community of 80+ participants for ongoing feedback.

Improved global client experiences on a platform through usability testing, journey mapping, and thematic analysis. Managed EMEA research, procured tools, and ran workshops to apply design-thinking, presenting findings that shaped product improvements.
